I am looking for my half brother and sister born Shane or sean Harper and Laura Jayne Harper. i think they were born in the 1960s in the london area. our dad is ronald allen harper and there mum is maggie. i was told that they moved to the norfolk area when laura was about six months old. Both maggie and our dad had family in the leytonstone/stratford area of london.
