I am a foster parent, I had alittle boy by the name" Scott Barton "living in the states with me. He had to return home in 1998.
I tryed so very hard to get Children Service to let me adopt him, they refused to, because of being 2 diffrent countries, they wanted him back in the UK. I love him so very much, he is about 16 years old now. If anyone knows how I can get ahold of him, or could give him a message, Please I beg you,to let me know. I have been over to England 3 times, since but can't get any information, from Children Welfare. Thank you |
