| Looking for information about a Cambridge theatre or CLUB. An ancestor was musician (Trumpet player) living in Cambridge in 1901. Frederick John Duke was born in 1872-3, and after marriage lived in Cambridge until he died at the age of 84. It is believed he played at the NEW THEATRE in Cambridge, and at clubs also. Does anyone have knowledge of this theatre, or clubs where a 'band' would play. Thanks for any help given.June 19, 2006. |
