I am looking for a boy born in Brighton, England on 7th August 1975. His birth certificate shows his name to be Clive Southwell, but it is understood that his name was changed upon adoption, soon after his birth. His mother is named, his father is not.
I am an intermediary - I am looking on behalf of a family friend.
