I am looking for an Andrew James Foster born 1967 in Hull to parents Jack Fulleylove and Patricia Jackson, his surname at that time was Fulleylove. Patricia went on to marry an Alfred Foster in 1971 and Alfred adopted Andrew at that time.
I believe that Andrew is my half brother and would like the opportunity to make copntact with him at some point.
Any help would be gladly received.
