NAME AT BIRTH gemma smith or dawn smith
i am looking for my birth mother who i think was called dawn smith i was born in poole hospital and i was adopted at 8 weeks old.
i belive my mother lived in warham but not sure.my fathers name is robert. my mother was just 15 years old this is why she put me up for adoption. iwould love to get in contact so please help if you can.
