I am looking for information on Robert Kerr and Charlotte Rutledge-Kerr, also any other family members still in England. Robert was born 1838 in Penrith, Cumberland of Walter and Ann Kerr. Robert married Charlotte Rutledge and had four offspring: Walter,William,Robert and Annie.
Charlotte died 15 91882 in Guiborough, Yorkshire. Robert remarried Mary Ann Collingwood
a widow with five offspring and then moved to the US,and settled in Old Forge,Lackawanna,Pennsylvania.
Robert's father Walter was born in Roxburghshire,Scotland. Ann Robert's mother was born in Bishop,Auckland. I know nothing of Charlotte's family or Robert's brother, Walter who stayed in England. THANKS |
