I am in great need to discover my background,as much for as for my children. Please could anyone help me............I know very little so any information is important to me.......I was born in COVENTRY the 08 /01/ 1967 my natural mother gave birth under X . I was adopted by Violet and Robert Balfour and was given the name of Caroline Balfour, the date on my adoption certificate is 17 th July 1967,at that time my adopted father was in a member of the Diplomatic Service and often posted abroad , my adopted mother may have been registered as a nanny. THE adoption court was the Northampton County Court ( entry date 21 st July )and that the name of the officer deputed by the Registrar General to attest the entry was R. A. Crisp- Cotton Little to go on please help.Lastly I would like to say thankyou to the mother who did not take the easy way out and gave me a chance to be who I am.
