I am trying to find :
Lt. Richard J. Morgan, RN (Ret?)
Birthdate: 04/01/?? (1950ish)
One brother, was in Ottawa, Canada
Parents were possibly from Plymouth? Plymouth Riviera?
Married 1982? England
Wife's name is possibly Eileen, Aileen, Ailene? Something close to that? I believe she had two children from a prev. marriage.
Richard was an Royal Naval Engineer, assigned as a represenative to Boeing Marine Systems, Seattle, WA.,USA(1979-1981) that built the H.M.S.Speedy for the R.N. Lt. Morgan was a mechanical naval engineer.
Any help you can give us regarding the status of the HMS Speedy vessel and or this person would be greatly appreciated.
