Looking for my birth Father CHARLES BERT RAYNSFORD. I was born Stewart Ronald Raynsford in London in 1940 to Charles Bert Raynsford age 24-27 and Muriel Kirby age 16. I was sent to the USA in 1946 by my mother, my name was changed and I was told my father died in Sept. 1940 . This is untrue. We lived at 73 Alma Road, Wandsworth, my father worked for the LCC as a fireman, and my paternal grandfather was Bert Raynsford. My father may have been declared misssing in action in WWII. He is not cuurently receiving pension or medical insurance benefits in the UK.
