This is a long shot! During World War Two, my husband's father disembarked at Avonmouth on July 31, 1941. Up to D-Day June 6, 1944, he spent the whole time in England. To my husbands understanding his father had a child in England. We would love to find him/her.husband's father's name is Emerald Roy POST. I have no way of finding out where he was stationed, only that he was being trained to work on diesel motors. This is what i assume, the person i would be looking for is more likely a male, then female, the person's age 58 to 61 years old. I'm hoping this person was told who the actual father was. I hoping someone knew who EMERALD ROY POST, he was also known as Al or Em. If anyone has any questions about my inquiry, please don't hestitate to ask. I realise this is a long shot, but if i don't try to find this person, i'll never be able to find him/her.
