I am looking for anyone with the surname Alexander or Colwell, probally in the south of England, especially around the Southampton and Shirley areas. My grandmother's name was Elsie Colwell. She had four sons, Len, Cyril, Joe and Sidney who was killed in Africa during the 40's. She also had one daughter called Marjorie who moved to London in the 50's. All have had familes, Joe has a daughter Pauline in the Southampton area. Joe and Marjorie are now deceased also. There must be someone who is a relation or grandchild of these out there somewhere. I would like to trace any relations that I might have. I have many old photos of my grandmothers sons and know that they have had children of their own.
