Hello my name is Don Purdy and I live in Vancouver Canada. I am an Ex Canadian Serviceman. I was stationed in Lahr Germany from 1987-1991 and met An Ex British Serviceman named Archie Leslie. He serviced with the British Artillery in Northern Germany. He then moved to Maltby Rotherham Yorkshire area after he got out of the Military. He used to frequent the Lumley Arms Pub on Tickhill Rd in Maltby Rotherham. The last time that I talked Archie was 1 1/2 years ago. I remember him saying he was getting a job in the Grimby Area but I lost his address for that job. If anybody who reads this message and lives near Lumley Arms Pub in Maltby could you inquire if Archie has returned to that area.If you are successful could you pass him my email address >donpurdy@intergate.ca< I hope somebody reads this message and finds Archie so we could continue a friendship.
