My forefathers have lived in Somerset England for at least 300 years but it is not know to me where they immagrated from. Itis very possible they may have immagrated from Germany for the surname i am researching ( GRINTER) is of german origin. if anyone out there has any info on this matter please cotact me.My first known relative i have info on is Joseph Grinter born about 1706 .
