I am still trying to find old friends from my RAF days. Started basic training at Spitalgate on November 5th 1969 then to Hereford for trade training as Clerk Stats. Posted to Bentley Priory (SCAH)in February 1970, living quarters at Stanmore Park. Married Barry Collins in August 1971. Names tht come to mind are Les Bevan, Glyn Jones, Irene Dickie, 'Wally' & Sylvia Hammond, the Muirheads, plus many more who enjoyed that summer of 1970.
