I am looking for info or relatives of my father,born in Birkenhead in 1898.His name was William Richard COTTOM.I believe he had several children in or around Liverpool in the 1920s then left for America for a spell.When he returned he met my mother Beatrice Nora Cartmell of Birmingham and they had 9 of us children.
Any HELP Please.
