I am searching for a gentleman who was a penpal to my mother. His name is Geoffrey Balmer. They corresponded somtime during the early sixties. At the time he resided at 10 Dennett Road in Prescot, Lancashire, England. He had a sister although I do not know her name. I believe he may have attended Prescot Grammar School. My mother's name was Catherine DeVine. She lived at 117 3rd Avenue N.W. in Aberdeen, South Dakota USA. I have one black and white picture of a 10 to 13 year old boy with dark hair and freckles. It seems that they wrote for a while but the only letter i have is dated 1963, January 22nd. Any info would be great. Thanks, Vrinda
