Looking for ancestors of Adam Dixon (Dickson in Scotland)
born 1828 at Burwickshire, and Wife Agnes (Wharton)Dixon born 1828 in Norham England. They came to America around
1862 by way of Canada and Kansas and ended up in Oklahoma.

I am looking for information on Alexander McCartney 1688 - 1775(?). Was buried in Strathaven. Had a sister named Janett. Daughter named Janet no children. Son named Thomas born around 1745 d-1820 married 2 times Elizabeth Schuyler around 1780 they had 3 sons 1st died no heirs 2nd unknown 3rd John McCartney 1774-1859or 62 in 1815 moved to Heathermore married Grace Wilson in 1857or 1860 had nine children. The men in the family were weavers for several generations. Family was originally from Glencoe if anyone has any information I would greatley appreciate it.

I am looking for MCCALLUM relatives . John McCallum was born Dunkeld, Perthshire abt 1849 and married Jane WELSH. Their daughter JANE MCCALLUM married David Hastings in Edinburgh 1888.Jane had a brother JOHN STEVENSON MCCALLUMb 1874 and a sister CHRISTINA MCCALLUM b abt 1879. JOHN married Elizabeth Morrison Stewart.
