I am looking for the daughter of SAMUEL HISCOX. She is my half-sister and was born about 1940 in BIRMINGHAM. She may have been registered under her mum`s name (unknown) but our father was SAMUEL HISCOX & he lived in Smallheath before he died (about 1942). I have never met my sister and would dearly love to do so.
