I am helping my wife who is trying to find her birth mother. Mothers name was Winifred Hoare and my wife name is Jean Mary. Jean was born at "The Hoo" materity hospital in Hemel Hempstead. Her birth date is 24th July 1944 and she was adopted out soon after birth to a couple in Sussex. If anyone can help, please contact me.
