Still seeking my father known as Philip Brock. Last known
address was 15 Westbourne Avenue in Hull, UK in 1968.
He played/helped out with a band named The Rats (the former
band of the late Mick Ronson. My mothers name was then
Paula Railton. He had fair hair and blue eyes and will now
be around 49-55 years of age. Any information would be
