I am looking for my birth-mother MARY MACALLISTER. I was born on 4th February 1971 at Hackney Hospital,East London. I was named MICHELE MACALLISTER at birth and adopted at 6 weeks old (Prior to this,I had been with foster-parent's,presumably not long after my birth)
I have been informed that Mary came over from Belfast,Northern Ireland to give birth to me and stayed at an address in Islington. Apart from knowing that my mother was of small build and was a seamstress,by trade, I have no further information!
I believe that she may have returned to Ireland,following my birth.....And of course,there are thousands of "Mary MacAllister's" in N.Ireland!!!!!(where do I start?)
Can anybody help me????
