Searching for birth mother (Joyce Marjorie Green)whose last known address was 67 Melbourne Road, Bushey, Herts in May 1945. She was 24 years of age at the time of my adoption. I was born Norman Thomas Green on September 24, 1944, at Haymeads Hospital, and adopted in May 1945 and given the name Stephen John Richards by my adoptive parents, Bernard and Margaret Richards, whose address at that time was 15 Bellamy Court, Bellamy Drive, Stanmore, Middlesex. There was a name of St. Albans Diocesan Assoc. of Girls Aid on the application for adoption form. I presume this is the agency that arranged the adoption. I have been unable (in two years) to find out any other information.
Any information would be greatly appreciated.
