I am researching the Ellis family of Crediton Devon. A son Daniel Berry Ellis, a coastguard, m. 1883 to Alice Hyland in Hastings Sussex. Had ? 2 sons Walter James and Reginald. Cannot find a record of his death or Alice's. Any help would be appreciated.
Any Ellis's out there who are connected with the family of Daniel Watson Ellis of Bramble Cottage Crediton (1881) and descendants right up to the families of Walter James and Reginald Ellis, his daughter Barbara m to Jack ? (in Ontario Canada)who had a daughter Pamela and son name unknown. The son is believed to be in the London area. We would like to get in touch.
Am also tracing the Moses family of Durham. Main concern at present is with the death of Anthony Moses. B 11.2.1856 in Crook Durham m. Mary Ann Eden 1878. Had a daughter Sophia Jane 1881 (G.G.Grandmother) Sophia m. 1910 and it was recorded that Anthony was deceased. It has since been found that his wife Mary Ann Moses married Robert Haley in Barnsley in 1909. No trace of Anthony's death can be Found in the records at Kew. Help please.
We would also like to find the son-in-law F.G.Love as stated on the death certificate of Mary Ann Haley who was living at 25 Hurley Road Kennington London.
