My great-grandfather Edmund Thomas DUNN d. pre 1921 & his occupation was shown as a 'butler' (William & Etty's marriage cert). Possibly in a house in St Marylebone (1881 Census). His birthplace shows as Abbots Langley & his father, Robert (?), was shown as a 'Police Constable' (1851 Census).
My grandfather William Henry DUNN b. abt. 1896??? m. Etty WILSON in March 1921 in Willesden.
Etty died in 1931 leaving William with 3 children.
William left the children in an orphanage & the story goes he 'possibly remarried & had another family'.
Would love to know anything about William, Edmund & their family. More than willing to share what little I have.
