Am looking for my husband's uncle, Ernest Charles Williams, would be about 67 as of Feb. 26, this year. Was originally born and raised in New York State, of the US, has been in Scotland area for between 30 and 40 years. Has relatives, 1 sister and 2 brothers here in states that would like to hear from him. Lost contact with him in 1974, at which time he was married to a woman by the name of Margaret.
