I was born on 18 March 1960 in Aberdeen, Scotland. I understand that my birth mother's name was Ellen Smith. I was adopted by a farmer and his wife, who lived in Cruden Bay, Aberdeenshire. I had a wonderful childhood with them. However, I now have children of my own and would like to know something of my birth parent(s). If anyone knows anything about Ellen Smith or my birth father, whose surname is Duguid, I would be very interested to hear.
