I am researching my family tree and ANY help would be most gratefully received. The REAL family name is/was GAROGHAN. However, most changed to CALLAGHAN, though seemingly NONE by official means, which is an on-going unsolved mystery. My gr. grandfather was known as Jack Callaghan, the doyen of British boxing and I know that the former British Prime Minister James Callaghan is connected to the GAROGHAN family and indeed GAROGHAN was his fathers real name.
