WRIGHT CLAN... I am looking for the UK connection to my line of the "WRIGHTS"
rumor has it the first "WRIGHT" came over from the UK, landed in Virgina, USA
about 1617... and settled on the James River... what I have is
is the following line on my records... ROBERT WRIGHT, born. abt. 1750, his son,
JAMES WRIGHT born about on or before 1776, in Virgina, USA
his son, ROBERT RICHARD WRIGHT, born 1803, his son, JOHN THOMAS
WRIGHT, born 1829, his son, (my great grandfather) JOHN DAVIS WRIGHT
born 1850...
I have photos going back to ROBERT RICHARD WRIGHT, and his family info,
but I do not have any info on JAMES WRIGHT, and ROBERT WRIGHT
other than they lived in Virginia during the late 1700's...
Any info that someone could supply... would be greatly appreciated...
