MITCHELL
James MITCHELL was born about 1837 in Scotland. He emigrated to the United States, ending up in the state of Iowa. There he married Catherine OLIVER, who was born in England.
I am looking for any information that anyone may have on James: when did he emigrate? did he emigrate alone or with family? who were his parents? any siblings? anyone still in Scotland who is a relative?
