Can anyone help me find any info on James Maciver born about 1906 on the Isle of Lewis, Scotland and emigrated to Canada on the SS Metagama in April 1923. James married a lady (who also came from the Isle of Lewis) in Canada and I understand that they had a son William who married in Hamilton Ontario in April 1949. I don't know if there were other siblings.
The family lived in Hamilton,Ontario on the shores of Lake Ontario in the 1940s.
Any info on this family would be greatly appreciated.
