MIDDLEMIST/CAMERON - Thomas Middlemist and Christina Cameron
arr. Geelong Australia 1852 on board "Araminta" they had
emigrated via the Highland and Island Emigration Society
Nothing known about Thomas' family.
Christina Cameron was the dau. of Alexander Cameron and Anne
Matheson
Thomas and Christina Middlemist had 5 children (Helen Middlemist b.c1844
and Anne (Annie) b.c 1847, Alexander, Jane and James)
It appears Helen and Anne at least, were b. Lochcarron/Loch Carron/Lock Kearn? Sct.
