Researching my Husband's family. Charles Reid together with his wife Charlotte Thyne Young(of a few days) emigrated to Otago New Zealand in October 1848. They came from Logieriatt Perthshire. Travelling with them was Donald Reid aged 15,Hugh Reid aged 13 and the Mother of the boys Margaret Dalton - she had remarried to John Dalton after her husband's death - she was Margaret McGregor by birth. Family lived at Newton Farm Logieriatt at some time. Would like to make contact with any one with more information of the family. Many descendants in Nz & Australia. Thank you Maureen
