Looking for descedants of George Montgomery Mathieson b 13 June 1866 to William Mathieson and Elizabeth Stewart in Edinburgh SCT.
From a letter to his sister Agnes in 1942, George was still alive. The letter also mentioned that George had
6 sons and one dght. One sons name was David the dght. was referred to as Annie and I believe another sons name may have been
William (Bill). I believe George may have been living in the Newburn Northumberland in the year 1905. George's father William went
to live with him in England after the death of George's mother in 1898. The death certificate of William showed that he had resised
at 15 Alnwick St. Newburn, Northumberland and present at time of death, was dght-in-law Jennie Mathieson.
If anyone has any information about this family, please contact me. With 6 sons, there should be some Mathiesons out there that are
related to us.
