Seeking info on DAVID GIBSON b. bet. 31 Aug 1741 and 30 Aug
1742 in Edinbourgh, Scotland. He immigrated to Charleston,
South Carolina, USA with his three brothers about 1767. He
He died in Lincoln County, North Carolina 30 Aug 1812 aged
70 years. His wife was named Jane or Jennet, she died in
Lincoln Co., NC 3 Nov 1840 aged 88 yrs 4 mos. David and
Jane are buried in the Pisgah Presbyerian Cemetery in Gaston
Co., NC.
