I am trying to trace my ancestors from N. Ireland My paternal grandfather was David Melville or Mulville who was born 24/8/1864 in Creevycarnon, Ballynahinch, Downpatrick.David was a twin brother of James, there were other children. David`s father was William Melville and his mother was Ann McMurray William was born in c1883 and Ann c 1840 both in N. Ireland William died 19/2/1881 Anmn died 17/7/1877 both in Campsie, Stirlingshire,Scotland.They were married July 1857 in Kilmore Co. Down N. I. Ann`s parents were Robert McMurray and Elizabeth McKelvie. William`s Father was also William but I do not have William`s mother`s maiden name.I would love to find more information about family members and in-laws prior to the dates given here. Any help would be greatly appreciated with thanks in anticipation James Melvin in sunny Eastbourne!!! (sometimes)
