Would love to hear from any descendents of Thomas LONG of
Thurles in Co Tipperary. His son Patrick was born about 1807
and sailed to Australia per 'Abbotsford' arriving Sept 1839.
Patrick was a Blacksmith and aged 32 when he arrived.
Would love to find out more about his life in Ireland before
coming to Australia
