Hi!!
I am trying to find info on the Brannan Line. My gg-grandfathers name is Bernard Brannan, all I know of him is he married Isabella Russell on 14th Oct 1870 at Bridgeton, Glasgow, Lanak Scotland.
His Son (my grandfather) was James Brannan who married Mary Brisbane (her parents were John Brisbane & Margaret Pettigrew- married in High Church Glasgow Lanark Scotland on 23rd Sep 1870)
James & Mary were married on 15 July 1898 at Bridgeton Glasgow Scotland. James died abt 1910.
Mary then married John McQueeney who was born abt 1874.
They then came to Australia.
Any info to help me go further back past this point would be appreciated.
