| I was born on the 6th Jan 1950 at Queen Charlottes Hosp in London I was adopted when I was 6wks old I have traced my birth name thru the Gen Reg Office in London I was born Lesley Jane Wainwright & my birth mum was Yvonne Marie & she was at a mother & baby home in Barnet. I would be grateful of any medical records of my birth family as I have a genetic illness & my mum was in hosp for a total of 6ks I do not want to cause any distress to anyone but would love more info particularlyof any siblings My family came from Emblems Farm in Doddinghurt EssexIf anyone can help I will be thrilled Thanks |
