Is it at all possible that there are any living relatives with the name Henriksen and possible variants.
My Grandfather Hans Frederik Christian Henriksen known as Henrik born 1856 came from Denmark and married my Grandmother Emily Late Lee in London in 1895.
They had four known children as follows
Henrik Ernest Henriksen born 1895
Douglas John Henriksen born 1897
Catherine (Kate Emily) Henriksen born 1899
Francis Edmond Henriksen born 1901 (My Father)
They were all born in London/Surrey area.
I find it very difficult to believe that there are no cousins or there families still alive, I have tried all Agencies, I would be ever so happy if I could contact either kith or kind.
My Grandfather HFC Henriksen emigrated to Canada from Denmark in 1907, he went on his own, what happened to the family he left behind.
I have searched for Divorce Records for him at Kew and have drawn a blank.
My GrandmotherEK Lee remarried again in 1917 to James Adolphus Carnell, and I think moved to St Andrews in Fife Scotland.
