I am trying to trace my daughter, Collette Susan Downing ( birthname )who was born on the 28th of April 1975. She was born at the Plas Qwyn Maternity home in Wrexham, North Wales. It is possible that her name had been changed.
She was placed in June by Lancashire & Cheshire chid adoption council, Liverpool. The name of the parents who adopted her were Daphne and Michael, surname not known, at the time of the adoption they also had a son of 2.5 years old called Christopher whom was also adopted by them. That is the only information I have got.
