Married and living in Canada and finding it hard to locate family, relatives or anybody who new about me:
Born June 6th 1948 to Nancy Caddick formerly Newman of 27 Grasemere Road, Purley, Surrey. Named Cynthia Caddick. Father did not know of my birth, he was married.
Adopted by John Henry Fitch and Ethel Violet Fitch of 8 Old Farleigh Road, Selsdon, Surrey.
