| Looking for relatives of my Father who passed away in December 2003. His name was Gordon Ernest William Roberts born 1916. Parents were Alice and Ernest Roberts, granparents were of the name Dixon (mother's side) living in Barnfield Gardens, Plumstead and Pearce, who owned a chimney sweep business in Woolwich. Alice Roberts (nee Dixon) left the marital home when Dad was in his teens and later re-married. She then had one daughter who would by now probably be in her late seventies. Alice and Ernest also had a daughter in the 1920's who died when she was 17 months old, named Joyce Alice Roberts. She is buried in an unmarked grave in Plumstead cemetery. Grateful for any help. |
