| I am in very urgent need to acquire a birth certificate for my grandmother. She is 93 years old and was born in Dunbarton, Scotland. She has Alheimerzer's Disease and her birthdate on her medicare records to not match with social security. We need to obtain a certified birth certificate as soon as possible for her medical treatment. Can anyone help me in with whom I can contact to acquire a birth certificate from Dunbarton Scotland?
