I am looking for my wife decendants
Her great grandparents were:
Malcolm Buchanan & Catherine Robertson both born around 1870 close to Kilbarchan in Renfrewshire. They had 10 children John Buchanan died in WW1 - Donald Buchanan not married - Angus Buchanan went to Canada married Rebecca had four children Isabel Jean Malcolm and Angus Angus also died in WW1 - Finlay Buchanan married Lattie two children David and Malcolm also died in WW1 - Malcolm who married Jane two children who went to Canada Marion Buchanan and Jane Buchanan - Kenneth Buchanan died in WW1 not married - M & C's daughter Marion Buchanan married Alec Milne but had no family - Catherine Buchanan married Samuel Brunton and had 5 children (Malcolm Brunton deceased, Helen Brunton known as Cissy not married, Jean Brunton not married, Kay Brunton no family and Sam Brunton with 2 children) - M & C's last two children were Elizabeth Buchanan who married Robert Birnie and had two children in Australia (Marion Birnie and Robert Birnie he had two girls - Lastly my wife direct line was Sarah Buchanan a cotton mill worker in Renfrewshire who married John Muir two children John Muir and Jean Muir (or Jane Muir) born 1928. Any information would be welcomed.
