Does anyone know anything about the Heaps family from Barrow in Furness?
A Margaret Heaps born 1866 in Barrow and her brother John Heaps born 1872 also born in Barrow, there could have been more siblings.
Margaret married a John Thompson around 1891 and had two sons John & Thomas and she was widowed at the age of 35. She lived, along with brother John and her children at Hall Street Barrow in 1901. John Heaps was working as an engineer's labourer in 1901. Thanks, Vicky
