Searching for any family of William Washington Mills, born about 1786. He came to America as a "stow away" on a ship as a young boy(so familly legend goes). He married Catherine Wheeler in Dorchester Co.,Maryland in 1801. The family later relocates to Rockingham Co., NC, where he dies after 1834. He was a sea captain. Any information will be appreciated. He has been my brick wall for many years.
