My message board was incomplte. I wish to add the following. Michael Ryan married Mary Ann Boyle in Darlington. Michael's Father was also called Patrick but as I mentioned earlier he was born in Lancashire Manchester according to the 1881 census. I believe that John and Michael were probably brothers.As Michael was borbn in Manchester my Great Great grandfather Patrick Ryan must have come from Ireland with his wife and children. If anyone can help with information about the people I have mentioned I would like to hear from them. I have more information from Marriage certificates and the 1881 census.
